In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "886ph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 886ph online gaming platform accessible at https://886ph.net and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 886ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 886ph registration process.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. 2.3 Single Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 886ph. 2.5 Self-Exclusion Check. 3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 886ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Account Activity Liability. 5.2 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players only, and reload bonuses are available to existing verified players. 886ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in the bonus balance being deducted from the withdrawal amount. 6.3 Technical Malfunctions. Voided bets will be returned to the player's real money balance.

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 886ph platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games.

7.2 Consequences. Where 886ph determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, 886ph may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, withhold or recover any real money funds pending investigation, and refer the matter to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8.1 Commitment. 886ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that all players engage with the platform in a safe, controlled, and enjoyable manner. Gaming on 886ph is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a financial solution.

8.2 Player Tools. 886ph provides the following responsible gaming tools within your account settings:

9.1 Ownership. 10.1 No Warranty. The 886ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 886ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or freedom from errors.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 886ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from reliance on any information displayed on the platform.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where Philippine law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, 886ph's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. 886ph shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.

11.1 By 886ph. 886ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk; or a player's welfare requires intervention under our responsible gaming obligations.

11.2 Funds on Closure. Where an account is closed by 886ph for reasons other than fraud, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus funds are not returnable under any circumstances.

11.3 By the Player. You may close your 886ph account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any verified real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.4 Survival of Terms. The following clauses shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms for any reason: Clause 1 (Definitions), Clause 7 (Prohibited Conduct), Clause 9 (Intellectual Property), Clause 10 (Limitation of Liability), and Clause 13 (Governing Law).

12.1 Right to Amend. 886ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the 886ph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

12.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be accessible at https://886ph.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 886ph, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter amicably within thirty (30) days of raising the issue. 886ph is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described in Clause 13.2, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits 886ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
